Jinnia Baiye, BS

Jinnia Baiye, BS, is a Clinical Research Coordinator II in the CoE and Department of Psychiatry at UMass Chan. She graduated with a BS in Biology with a focus and interest on the intersection of health and racial equity. Jinnia currently works with the Equity Division to advance equity and reduce disparities in access, engagement, retention, and outcomes. Jinnia also works with the Implementation and Translation and Research, Evaluation, and Policy Divisions.
