All Rise Adult Treatment Court Best Practice Standards were most recently updated in May 2025. These standards offer a national framework grounded in evidence-based guidance to improve outcomes across all treatment court models.
The best practice standards apply to adult drug courts, co-occurring courts, DWI courts, mental health courts, reentry drug courts, tribal healing to wellness courts, veterans’ treatment courts, and family treatment courts.
